Where do I enter a code at Entering a coupon is easy, but the tricky thing is that it is only possible during times when they are offering one of their sanctioned promotional codes. In other words, you will only see a “promo code” box during these times, and when a code isn’t available, they won’t even give you an option to enter one at checkout.

If there is a promotion going on, you’ll see a box like this in your shopping cart:

enter promo code

Why doesn’t this promotional code work? As mentioned before, there is only one authorized code offered at a time for, so if you find that your’s isn’t working, it’s for one of two reasons: It’s expired, misspelled, or unauthorized, or, the specific restaurant that you are trying to use it for does not participate in these promotions. (about 1 out of 10 don’t accept coupons) Also, if you don’t see the “promo code” box at checkout, it means that they aren’t running a promotion, so you won’t even have the option of entering a code anywhere.

What is the best coupon to look for? On really rare and special occasions, used to offer codes for an extra 80% off dining certificates. I haven’t seen one more than 60% off in months, so if you see one of those, it’s not a bad idea to spring for it. releases about one promotional code each week, usually good for about two days at most of their inventory of thousands of local restaurants search-able by proximity to any zip code or city. foodAre there any other good gift ideas, besides the dining certificates? Yes, actually, if you’re looking for a gift idea, consider their dinner of the month club, or their new Daily Specials, which often combine their dining certificates with other entertainment options like movie tickets, a show, or other event.

All of these options make great last-second gifts, as they can be express mailed or printed instantly.

Just make sure you know that most of these certificates can’t be used on saturdays or popular holidays like Valentine’s Day. The coupons are a great deal for dining mid-week though, especially after you use a promotional code.

Thanks for posting these promotional codes. I actually make a point of eating out at restaurants on any night except saturday, as that’s the one day that’s excluded from many coupons. When you wait for a great sale, it’s like getting your dinner for half price. I also suggest finding good BYOB’s in your area.
